The course includes 8 week class with 8 live webinars covering ALL the wine regions of France, tutored tastings include 30 high quality wines, many that you have never tasted before, 270 page French Wine Scholar (FWS) study manual, in classroom exam, and online support for 1 year.

This format provides the convenience and flexibility of an online study program with interactive live “classroom” instruction delivered to via computer or tablet and includes live, guided tasting of 30 French wines. Stellar instruction from an award-winning instructor combined with a flexible schedule of study designed for busy professionals and all the necessary tools to master French wines.

The syllabus takes a regional approach and discusses all French wine appellations and the factors that shape their identities. It provides committed students of wine with an unparalleled set of study tools that are designed to maximize learning and boost knowledge retention.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No cancellations after Sunday, February 14 (course materials are ordered).

The FWS Study Manual (pictured below) includes comprehensive coverage of France’s 14 distinct wine regions presented in the following manner:
