"Established in 2001, Javier Dominguez’s Dominio do Bibei has been widely acknowledged as the driving force behind the emergence of quality wines in Spain’s historic and rugged Ribeira Sacra. The blend changes slightly, year to year, but it is always a hit and drinks spectacularly.

This 2019 Dominio do Bibei Lapola Ribeira Sacra White Blend is mainly Godello with other Galician varieties, it is matured in barrels and aged in concrete eggs. It drinks with a very subtle hint of oak and spice with a floral richness that feels like the wine is melting in your mouth. Luis Gutierrez of the Wine Advocate says it’s ‘juicy and spherical, seamless and very satisfying, approachable and tasty.’ The wine is just damn delicious, and I was able to get everything that was currently available for Southern California. 75% Godello, 20% Albariño, and 5% Doña Blanca from various plots at 400-750m of altitude on schist and slate. Fermented in a mix of foudre and concrete tanks. Aged in wood ranging from 600L to 2400L and concrete tank on the lees. No malo.

1. Place your online order, select "curbside pickup" and the date you wish to pick up your order. You will receive several emails. The first will acknowledge receipt of your order, another will let you know that your order is ready for curbside pickup.

2. When your order is ready for curbside pickup, it will be at the front of the store. IMPORTANT! Due to space constraints, orders will only be held in the front of the store for curbside pickup for 3 days. After 3 days, they will be moved back to Will Call by the Customer Service Desk inside the store.

3. When picking up, pull up in front of the store. There is no need to call when you arrive at the store – just roll down your passenger window and let us know the name on the order. We will put your order in your vehicle. There is no need to step out of your vehicle.
