VINTAGE: 2018 GRAPE VARIETY: Sylvaner ALTITUDE: 550 - 750 m POSITION AND SOIL: Gravelly, skeleton-rich and shallow alluvial soils containing diorite VINIFICATION: Delicate crushing after a short period of contact with the skins, controlled temperature fermentation half the time in large acacia wood barrels and the other half in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation, 7 months of lying on fine lees CHARACTERISTICS Color: from yellow with greenish hues to pale yellow Nose: fruity with scents of peach and green apple, marked elegance, mineral notes Taste: robust, with markedly vivacious acidulous notes, persistent finish AGING CAPACITY: 6 - 8 years MATCHINGS: appetizers, fish, asparagus, white meats, aperitif Alcohol Content: 14 % vol.
