Cloudy Bay In-Store Tasting
Thursday, October 13

6:30 to 8:00PM

$35
We’re thrilled to re-start this popular Wine House tradition with the wines of Cloudy Bay Winery, one of New Zealand’s most important and popular wineries. Meet Senior Winemaker, Nikolai St George! Nikolai’s has an approach that takes patience, knowledge and good instincts for great wine. With four Winemaker of the Year awards under his belt, it’s very clearly an approach that works.

This is all began when David Hohnen and winemaker Kevin Judd launched Cloudy Bay in 1985 to international acclaim, with a Sauvignon Blanc that put New Zealand wine on the map. Cloudy Bay joined Veuve Clicquot in 2003 and became part of the LVMH family in 2010. Cloudy Bay’s legacy began in Marlborough with Sauvignon Blanc and now includes Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The spirit of adventure continues with Te Koko, a barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc, and Te Wahi, a sophisticated Central Otago Pinot Noir from two special southern vineyards.

The new Wine House Kitchen restaurant is open! Make a reservation for dinner after the tasting.

Wines to be tasted:
2022 Cloudy Bay Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough ($48)
2019 Cloudy Bay Vineyards Pinot Noir Marlborough ($50)
2019 Cloudy Bay Te Koko Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough ($85)
2018 Cloudy Bay Vineyards Pinot Noir Te Wahi Central Otago 750ml ($99)
